Series A

The companies participate in Series A funding projects.

Series A projects are private capital raising projects, which, according to S.E.C. guidance, may run parallel to our JOBS Act Form. Reg. D and Regulation A+ offerings.

Series A projects are, typically, handled by the venture capital companies sector. Many post their recent fundings on the Crunchbase website.

We obtain leads to such companies from the Crunchbase postings, and we market solely to those companies, and not to individual investors.
